KINGWOOD, TEXAS, April 13, 2006 - Main Street Bank, Kingwood, Texas, announced the appointment of John Lee as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Lee, whose legal career spans over 35 years in the equipment leasing industry was graduated from the Harvard Law School. Lee previously worked in private practice at Shearman & Sterling in New York and Nixon Peabody LLP in Boston. He also has served on the in-house legal staff at Xerox Corporation, First Sierra Financial and American Express.

Tom Depping , Chairman of Main Street Bank stated: "John is a recognized legal expert in the equipment leasing industry and brings a wealth of legal knowledge to our bank.
